Manufacturing of precision forging parts weight range of 1kg to 50 kgs with upsetting flange dia 250mm max and current installed capacity of 1200 tones/month which can be expanded to 1500 tones/month.

All forging upsetters are coupled with induction end bar heater with controlled billet temperature within specified limit with 3 way accept/reject sorter facility which transports only billets within specified temperature to forging station(upsetter).

We have improved our technology to work with variety of raw materials parts of varying size and shapes, modern process of automation and flash less forging.

We forge components in ferrous material like plain carbon steel, medium carbon steel and alloy steel.

Forging facilities equipped with CNC cutting circular saw with automatic loading system and band saw to control length variation.
